Green is alleged to have broken into the Advance America on Argyle Forest Boulevard by cutting out the bottom half of the business' back door.

Green is a prison re-offender, as he committed the crime less than three years after being released from prison on a burglary conviction. He is also a habitual felony offender, with the burglary charge and a conviction for possession of cocaine.

He is set to be sentenced the week of March 11 and faces life in prison.
