JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Barbara said her stove hasn't worked since November, because a part she paid for hasn't arrived.
Barabra told us she paid $300 to A1A Refrigeration for a small part for her stove. But, she hasn't gotten that part. First Coast News Consumer reporter David Williams called the company and a manager said they absolutely apologize for this.
He said Barbara's order was part of a back log. The manager guarantees it will be fixed within the next week. They'll also give her a lifetime warranty on the part for all of her trouble.
