With Billie Armstrong on the mend after a stint in rehab, the band'sreturning to the road. Their 2012 tour came to a brief halt whenArmstrong checked into rehab.

"We want to thank everyone forhanging in with us for the last few months," said the members of GreenDay in a statement. "We are very excited to hit the road and see all ofyou again, though we regret having to cancel more shows."

Armstrongextended his gratitude to his patient fans. "Dear friends... I justwant to thank you all for the love and support you've shown for the pastfew months. Believe me, it hasn't gone unnoticed and I'm eternallygrateful to have such an amazing set of friends and family," he said in astatement. "I'm getting better everyday. So now, without further ado,the show must go on. We can't wait to get on the road and live out load!Our passion has only grown stronger."
