Wednesday, November 21, Thanksgiving Taste Test recipe for cornbread casserole.

Ingredients:

  • One can corn
  • One can cream corn
  • One box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  • Prepare cornbread according to recipe on box.
  • Add other items.
  • Mix in sour cream
  • Bake per Jiffy box instructions

Casserole is ready when golden and no liquid is on top.
