ATLANTA -- A federal judge has asked the state's high court to clarify parts of Georgia law in a case involving a woman who was 14 when she exposed her breasts during spring break in Florida to a man with a video camera who later sold the clip for use in a provocative women's video series.

The high court is set to hear arguments in the case Monday.

Lindsey Bullard sued video producers in 2004 after her bare-breasted image appeared in a "Girls Gone Wild" video. Bullard, who's now 26, is seeking damages for the alleged unauthorized use of her image.

A federal judge has said it's unclear under Georgia law whether Bullard has a viable claim. The federal judge has asked the Georgia Supreme Court to answer questions on Georgia law.
