JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for information after someone broke into numerous vehicles at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club overnight Tuesday.

Shannon Hartley, Public Information Officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, said police were called to the gated community around in the early morning hours of October 24.

Police received reports vehicles had been broken into during the night. A surveillance camera at the country club shows a white male near one of the victim's vehicles around 3 a.m. that morning, Hartley said.

Then, at 5:05 that morning, Hartley said a credit card stolen from one of the vehicles was used at the drive-thru of the McDonald's located at 14200 Beach Blvd. The man who used the credit card appears to be driving a black Acura TL or smaller vehicle.
