Bristol, CN (Sports Network) - The Phoenix Mercury won the top overall pick in the 2013 WNBA Draft on Wednesday.

Picking second is Chicago (14-20), Tulsa (9-25) will go third and Washington (5-29), which had the best odds, will select fourth.
