NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. -- 'Project X' is the Hollywood blockbuster that's brought in more than $100 million.

It features a group of teenagers throwing a wild house party that gets out of control.

That's what neighbors and witnesses say happened two night ago in northwest Nassau County, inside a cabin at the end of a dirt road.

"It was supposed to be a 'Project X' type of experience at the party," said Quentin Walker. "But as soon as me and my cousins pulled up, someone said 'watch this I'm fixing to do something very stupid.'"

The Nassau County Sheriff's Office released a police report that says deputies encountered a loud disturbance and people yelling in the street. Beer bottles still litter the road.

"I see someone else right here and that's when I got hit in the head twice. I really don't remember getting hit, but there's the proof," Walker said.

Walker was sent to the hospital after the beatdown. He says his cousin also went to the hospital after getting teeth knocked out.

The police report said she was bleeding from the mouth and they found a crowbar nearby.

Other witnesses, who didn't want to talk on camera, fearing for their safety, say parties on Mulberry Landing Annex have gotten out of control before.

First Coast News wanted to ask the Sheriff's Office about this and their investigation, but they did not return out calls seeking comment.
