St. Louis. MO (Sports Network) - The St. Louis Rams agreed to terms with wide receiver Steve Smith and tight end Matthew Mulligan on Monday.

The moves were reported by the Post-Dispatch.

The 26-year-old Southern California product recorded just 11 receptions for 124 yards and one touchdown in nine games for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011.

His year was cut short in early December after suffering a deep bruise in his thigh which led him to be placed on injured reserve.

Over 55 games with the Birds and Giants since 2007, Smith has compiled 231 catches for 2,510 yards and 12 scores.

Mulligan, out of the University of Maine, has notched six receptions for 60 yards in 34 games over the previous three seasons for the New York Jets.
