JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says a man has been charged in connection with a suspected road rage shooting near the intersection of Jammes Road and Anvers Boulevard Friday.

According to JSO, Brad Lippincott, 30, has been charged with manslaughter and discharging a firearm in public from a vehicle within 1,000 feet of any person.

Police say Lippincott got into an argument with Kahron Ali Warnke, 33, in the Bono's parking lot.

According to JSO, both men fired shots.

Police say after the shooting, Warnke of Jacksonville died.
