JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Expectations are high for the JU baseball team this year, but the first four games on the schedule will present a tough challenge.

This weekend, theDolphins open the season with a three-game series at the University of Southern California. Following their game against the Trojans on Sunday, the Dolphins will return home on a red-eye flight, and then they will travel to Tallahassee for a game against Florida State on Tuesday.

JU has an experienced team which made it to the Gainesville Regional last season. The Dolphins are led by junior first baseman Adam Brett Walker II. He's an All-American who could end up being an early selection in June's Major League Baseball Draft.
