JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Hundredsof more new jobs are coming to the First Coast!
First of all, the Bruss Company is coming to Jacksonville and isbringing with it, 200 of those jobs. Bruss is a steak-cutting business for the food service industry and a subsidiary of Tyson Foods. It is renovating a building on the northwest Side of Jacksonville, andplans to be operational by summer.
The general manager of Brusssaid thelocation and the support of the city of Jacksonville and the state were big factors in locating here. The company will start hiring closer to the actual start of operations.
ALM Technologies is moving from Brunswick, Ga., to Nassau County, and bringing with it more than 30 jobs over the next three years. Thesepositions are for skilled machinists, engineers and support personnel.
