Stillwater, OK (Sports Network) - Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver
Justin Blackmon pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor aggravated DUI charge on
Monday.
The former Oklahoma State wide receiver was arrested early Sunday morning in
Stillwater after blowing a .24 on a breathalyzer test, three times the legal
limit in Oklahoma.
A hearing has been set for July 24. Blackmon was the fifth overall pick in
April's NFL Draft.
It was Blackmon's second run-in with the law after he was arrested in October
of 2010 on a DUI complaint while returning home from a Dallas Cowboys game.
The 22-year-old still has not signed a contract with the Jags, but
negotiations reportedly began two weeks ago.
