Tom Coughlin hosts Jay Fund Celebrity Golf Classic

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- Tom Coughlin, the former head coach of the Jaguars and current head coach of the Giants is back on the First Coast to host the 19th Annual Jay Fund Celebrity Golf Classic.

Coughlin started the Jay Fund in 1996 to honor Jay McGillis, one of his former players from Boston College who died from leukemia in 1992. Since the foundation began, millions of dollars have been raised to assist local families who have children battling cancer.

Among the celebrities in attendance at this year's event are Gus Bradley, Dave Caldwell, Steve Spurrier, Michael Irvin, and Victor Cruz.

On Sunday night, a dinner and silent auction was held at the TPC Sawgrass clubhouse. On Monday, the golf tournament will take place on the Stadium Course.
