Jaguars injury report, Tuesday: Odrick, Thomas miss practice

The Jaguars were without two starters at practice on Tuesday, as the team prepared for their Week 8 Thursday Night Football matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

Defensive end Jared Odrick (quad) and tight end Julius Thomas (ankle) were missing from practice.

The Jaguars also lost starting nose tackle Roy Miller for the season after he suffered a torn Achilles in his right leg against Oakland.

Limited: CB Prince Amukamara (knee), OT Kelvin Beachum (knee)

DNP: DE Jared Odrick (quad), TE Julius Thomas (ankle)

News and Notes

- The Jaguars promoted nose tackle Richard Ash from the practice squad to fill Miller's spot on the active roster. Miller was placed on injured reserve on Tuesday. The team signed Jacksonville native Louis Nix to the practice squad in a corresponding move.
