JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Former Episcopal High School football player J.T. Townsend was a guest of honor at Jaguars training camp on Monday morning.

Townsend suffered a spinal cord injury during a game in 2004, and he's been in a wheelchair ever since.

J.T. is now attending college at UNF, and the Jaguars players and coaches were happy to see him at the practice fields on Monday morning.

Joe Zelenka and Josh Scobee greeted J.T. immediately upon his arrival at the stadium. Jack Del Rio followed suit not long after that, and then after practice, many of the team's star players like Maurice Jones-Drew and Torry Holt spent a few minutes with Townsend.
