Lexington, KY (Sports Network) - Anthony Davis had 16 points, six rebounds and four blocks, as No. 1 Kentucky cruised to a 78-58 win over No. 8 Florida on Tuesday. Doron Lamb scored a team-high 18 while Michael Kidd-Gilchrist finished with 13 points and 13 rebounds for the Wildcats (24-1, 10-0 SEC), who extended their nation-leading home winning streak to 49 games. They have won 16 straight overall. Marquis Teague added 12 points and 10 assists. The Gators (19-5, 7-2) had won seven in a row entering Tuesday, but struggled from the perimeter, making just 6-of-27 three-point attempts. Kenny Boynton scored 18 points while Bradley Beal had 14 and Patric Young finished with 12.

Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - William Buford netted a game-high 29 points and added seven rebounds as No. 3 Ohio State fought off a resilient Purdue team, 87-84, on Tuesday. Jared Sullinger had 18 points, six rebounds and a block for Ohio State (21-3, 9-2 Big Ten). Aaron Craft and Deshaun Thomas both chipped in 13 points for the Buckeyes. Four Boilermakers finished in double figures, paced by D.J. Byrd's career-best 24 for Purdue (15-9, 5-6). Kelsey Barlow and Lewis Jackson both had 14, and Robbie Hummel rounded out the group with 13 points.

Final Score: Evansville 65, (17) Creighton 57

Evansville, IN (Sports Network) - Kenny Harris scored 15 points and Colt Ryan had 14 in Evansville's 65-57 upset of No. 17 Creighton on Tuesday. The Purple Aces (12-12, 7-7 MVC) had lost three of four coming in, but outscored Creighton 13-1 over the final five minutes to earn the win. Ryan Sawvell chipped in 12 points and seven rebounds. Doug McDermott scored 21 points for the Blue Jays (21-4, 11-3), who have lost two in a row on the heels of an 11-game winning streak. It marks the first time this season that they have dropped consecutive games. Austin Chatman and Gregory Echenique chipped in 11 and 10 points, respectively.
