Stanton leaves Marlins game with wrist injury

MIAMI (AP) - NL home run leader Giancarlo Stanton has left the Miami Marlins' game against the Chicago Cubs with a bruised left wrist, and his status is day to day.

Stanton hit his 20th homer in the first inning but departed after six innings Wednesday. It was unclear when he hurt his wrist.

Stanton also leads the NL with 57 RBIs, and he hasn't missed a game this season.
