JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Former Jaguars running back Fred Taylor is lending a helping hand to his former team this week as he is appearing at a few stops of the Jaguars Caravan.

Taylor will be in Volusia County on Tuesday night and in the Gainesville area on Wednesday night.

First Coast News sports director Dan Hicken spoke with Taylor on Tuesday afternoon before he boarded the Jaguars caravan bus to go to Volusia County.

Among the topics that Taylor discussed in the interview are how he's coping with life after football, his thoughts on Maurice Jones-Drew's absence at OTAs, his advice for Justin Blackmon, and how playing for Tom Coughlin compares to playing for Bill Belichick.
