Three Local Girls Soccer Teams Advance to State Championship Games

Ponte Vedra, Bolles, and St. Johns Country Day have all advanced to state championship games in girls soccer.

Ponte Vedra defeated Pensacola 5-1 on Friday night in a Class 3A state semifinal.  The Sharks will face Plantation American Heritage in the Class 3A state championship game on Saturday, February 11th in Tampa.

Bolles defeated Ocala Trinity Catholic 6-0 on Friday night in a Class 2A state semifinal.  The Bulldogs will face American Heritage School of Boca/Delray on Friday, February 10th in Tampa.

St. Johns Country Day defeated Lakeland Christian 6-2 on Friday night in a Class 1A state semifinal.  The Spartans will face Palmer Trinity on Friday, February 10th in Tampa.

Fleming Island lost to George Jenkins 1-0 on Friday in a Class 4A state semifinal.
