Despite the team's repeated claims that they have no interest in signing Tim Tebow, at least one Jacksonville Jaguars fan refuses to give up the dream.
With the Jaguars losing to the Indianapolis Colts in the second quarter following two Blaine Gabbert interceptions, a plane flew over EverBank Field bearing the following message.
A group that organized a heavily promoted yet woefully unattended rally aimed at getting the team to sign him nearly two weeks ago said the same thing in several of their signs. It's a far cry from the prior logic of his supporters, who rallied behind his one playoff win in 2011, his success as a "winner" in college and routinely explained away his imperfect throwing mechanics.
The argument now? "Eh, it can't getting any worse" and a collective shoulder shrug.
You know what? They're probably not wrong.
