JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A stadium full of cheering fans, a roar, a collection of passionate voices none louder than the other.

"The feeling of fans coming together and being one 12th man is an awesome feeling," said Stephen Dickey.

But the power of one and the individual can't be denied.

"As a fan we have to stay loyal and stay true," says Jaguar super fan Dickey.

On game day he is a voice in the section 150 crowd. But every other day, his rings out loudest.

"Very few duplicates," Dickey says.

He has built a Jag room unlike any other with unique team treasures, autographs, photos, and team balls.

Probably the rarest thing he has is a monopoly box made for the Jaguars in the event they won the 1999 Superbowl, which, well, they didn't.

"It's sealed completely sealed. No game in it, just a box."

He's got signatures from every first round Jags pick on a college mini-helmet.

Even has a historic shoe Josh Scobee's cleat that is from the 59 yard field goal that beat Indianapolis in 2010.

"When he said I'll bring you a cleat I had no idea he meant the colt killer," Dickey said.

A collection started in 1999, he has no idea how much he has. So with a super fan like this how could anyone say Jags fans rank near the bottom of the NFL?

The list on TicketCity.Com uses attendance numbers, but also the number of team's Facebook likes and twitter followers.

"We haven't had the time to develop the fan base that these teams have," said Dickey. "As fans we have to stay loyal, stay true."

Win or lose Dickey is the individual that would be number one on any list.

"I love the team. Everyone has to have something and the jags just happen to be my something."
