JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Sanders Elite Training (SET) Performance Center is about a year old, but many of the top professional, college, and high school athletes in the area are choosing to work out there on a regular basis.
During a visit to this facility on Thursday night, future Seminoles Kain Daub (Sandalwood LB), Blake McClain (Sandalwood DL), and Deandre Johnson (First Coast QB) were all in attendance. So was Trinity Christian defensive back Kevin Toliver who is a verbal commitment to LSU.
These players are hard at work getting ready for their upcoming seasons, but this facility also has plenty of weekend warriors and average Joes too. In fact, SET Performance is currently offering a free month of group training as part of the River City Weight Loss Challenge. This contest is geared towards co-workers and friends that want to form a team to compete against others with the chance to win prizes.
