Rodriguez has been repeatedly striking out and playing so poorly lately
that he's been dropped in the batting order and was even taken out of
the Yankees' lineup on Saturday in an ALCS game vs. the Detroit Tigers.
A-Rod's game at the plate has been abysmal, that didn't stop the
highest-paid Yankee from working on his game with the ladies.

unnamed witnesses at Game 1 of the ALCS claimed Rodriguez was clearly
flirting with two female fans who were sitting close to the Yankees
dugout after he was taken out in the eighth inning.

"The note asked them to write their phone numbers on the ball and throw it back,'' the witness said.
"One of the girls, with darker blond hair, wrote . . . on the ball and threw it back at A-Rod, who gave her a big smile.
"They exchanged a few glances after that."
instead of rooting on his teammates as they struggled, Rodriguez was
getting his flirt on. The flirting supposedly stopped after Derek Jeter
Still, it's one thing to do this in a regular season
game, but in the playoffs? This should definitely add fuel to the fire
for frustrated fans.
