LONDON, United Kingdom - Taylor Phinney of Boulder Colorado just missed a medal after finishing fourth in the Men's Road Race at the Olympics on Saturday.
Phinney crossed the finish line in a time of 5:46:05.
Alexandr Vinokurov of Kazakhstan won the gold in 5:45:57.
Rigoberto Uran Uran of Columbia won the silver and Alexander Kristoff of Norway took the bronze.
Boulder's Timmy Duggan who spent time in the lead pack finished 86th in a time of 5:46:37.
Phinney will compete in the Individual time trial on August 1st.
