St. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (AP) - A set of St. Johns County triplets have become Eagle Scouts. The St. Augustine Record is reporting that the 14-year-old Brandvold triplets have received the top award in Boy Scouts, three years after they joined.
Adam, Bryce and Zachary Brandvold have 89 merit badges between them and are members of the Academy of Business and Leadership Education's Troop 450. Adam's Eagle Scout project was to plan and build a fire pit. Bryce set up a basketball court. Zachary set up a teatherball pole.
About 50 people attended their ceremony Friday at the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office. The boys' mom works for the office.
