JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for Paul Flowers, 72, after he went missing from a local hospital Tuesday afternoon.
Flowers, who suffers from dementia and was Baker Acted July 5, was last seen at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Investigators believe that he walked out of the hospital after taking his medication.
According to JSO, Flowers is 5'10" tall, 190 lbs., has blue eyes and salt and pepper colored hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue and gold t-shirt, khaki shorts, and is possibly carrying a small black bag.
