JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A domestic disturbance Sunday night took a bizarre twist when some at the scene claimed a person had been taken against their will during the incident.

Detectives with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office spent hours late Sunday night into early Monday morning looking for a man in his 20's rumored to have been taken from a home in 6000 block of Gilchrist Road. Police had been searching for a suspect vehicle described as gray 1985 Buick Lesabre with Florida tags.

JSO located the vehicle rumored to have been involved in what some were calling a kidnapping and have since clarified the case is not a kidnapping.
