JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Subcontractors for the condos that caught fire at St. Johns Town Center on Tuesday were facing multiple violations.
OSHA cited RCP Services with eight serious violations and one willful violation in August, totaling thousands of dollars in fines.
One violation dealt specifically with fire prevention. The State Fre Marshal's office said the blaze was accidental, but they're still trying to determine what caused it. The fire caused $80,000 dollars in damages. No one was injured.
