JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- An investigation is underway by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office following a robbery Tuesday morning at the Jax Federal Credit Union on Dunn Avenue.
A male dressed in all black went into the bank at 9:45 a.m. and acted as if he was going to make a transaction, according to Lt. Derrick Lewis with the JSO robbery unit.
The suspect then pulled up a mask to cover his face, pointed a gun at a teller and demanded money.
The suspect then took the money and ran away.
He is described as a black male who is 30 to 40 years old, 180-210 lbs, 5'10"-5'11" who was armed with a black pistol.
