Woman allegedly stabs boyfriend after heated argument at Westside home

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police arrested a woman who allegedly stabbed her boyfriend Saturday at a Westside house in the 700 block of Baker Avenue.

Sgt. Shawn Coarsey with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said police were called at 8:07 p.m. by Jacksonville Fire Rescue to assist with an injured person.

Jerrel Murray, 53, was transported to the hospital in life threatening condition, according to Coarsey.

Police say Murray was stabbed during a heated argument at the house.

Arnesia Isham, 42, was charged with domestic aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
