ABC NEWS -- Casey Anthony may have to pay to move her own civil trial out of Orlando.
Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for telling police that a woman by that name had kidnapped Caylee.
Today, Anthony's lawyers asked for a change of venue.
But Gonzalez's legal team says they could pick a jury anywhere, as long as Anthony, and not taxpayers, pay for the move.
The judge did not rule on the change of venue today.
Anthony's lawyer said she's prefer to have the trial in Duval or Escambia counties.
Last year, she was acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee.
