KINGSLAND, Ga. -- A missing Kingsland man has been found near his home.

Roy Fletcher, 88, was reported missing around 7 p.m. Friday in the Laurel Island subdivision where he lives, according to information on the Kingsland Police Department Facebook page.

Searchers found Fletcher around 11:15 p.m. in the woods about 250 yards from home.

Police say he appeared disoriented.

KPD also sent out a special thank you to Mr. Kevin Dalton of Kingsland and Mr. James Durden of St. Marys for locating Fletcher.
