Florida Emergency Management Director Bryan Koon says rip currents, windy conditions and large ocean swells will be Sandy's biggest threats to Florida this week. Beach erosion and coastal flooding also may occur.

The storm is not expected to turn toward Florida's coasts, but officials say some parts of Florida could see wind gusts as high as 50 or 60 mph.
