JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 65-year-old Middleburg resident was indicted Tuesday with federal charges of four counts of advertising and receiving child pornography after being arrested by FBI agents on October 19.
Robert Hohman, if convicted, will face a mandatory minimum of 15 years and up to 30 years in federal prison, and a $250,000 fine. On each of the three three receipt counts, he faces a mandatory minimum of five years, up to 20 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine, according to a release from United States Attorney Robert E. O'Neill' s office for the Middle District of Florida.
Hohman's case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Malisa Chokshi.
