3-year-old Matthew suffers from cerebral palsy, microcephaly, and epilepsy. He has a special connection with our own Tim Deegan and came into the First Coast News studios to meet him.
As part of Matthew's wish with the Dreams Come True foundation, he and his family spent a week at Disney World where Matthew got to meet his other favorite television personality, Elmo.
