A man who was arrested on charges of animal cruelty in 2010 for
having sexual contact with horses in Gadsden County has been arrested
again.
Patrick Louis Linn, 44, was
arrested Monday morning after law-enforcement officers found him in the
same barn where he'd previously abused horses, said Capt. Jim Corder of
the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office.

"He was engaging in lewd and lascivious acts," Corder said.
Linn
was released from prison May 22, according to Florida Department of
Corrections records. Linn is being held in Gadsden County Jail.
