JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office SWAT team is on the scene of a domestic incident that began around 10:20 a.m. Thursday.
A man barricaded himself in a home in the 1600 block of Mc Conihe Street due to a domestic incident and is still inside.
All of the surrounding roads are closed.
