JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed robbery that happened on Monday night.

Police responded to a home in the 1100 block of W. 10th Street at 8:54 p.m. The victim told them that a "light skinned black male" approached her with a gray or silver handgun and said "give me what you got," according to a release from JSO Public Information Officer Shannon Hartley.

She gave the suspect her purse and phone and he left. Investigators found that the man is 22-25 years old, weighs 180-190 lbs and has a low deep voice. He was wearing a black mask, black T-shirt and long black shorts. He was also riding a red mountain bike, the release stated.

On Thursday, a man was seen on the victim's home surveillance system returning the victim's wallet to her yard. Police don't know if the man in the video is connected to the crime, but JSO would like to talk to him.

Anyone with any information about the identity of the man on the bicycle or the suspect in this case is asked to contact JSO at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS to remain anonymous and be eligible for a possible reward.
