JAXPORT names new chairman

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Port Authority's (JAXPORT) Board of Directors at its monthly meeting Tuesday elected new officers, including a new chairman.

James P. Citrano, who is the Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis in Jacksonville, was voted to the position of chairman, according to a release from JAXPORT spokesperson Nancy Rubin. He has 40 years of real estate management experience.

Citrano takes the spot from previous chairman Stephen D. Busey. Other officers elected by the board include: Vice Chairman Joe York, Vice President, Legislative Affairs, AT&T Florida; treasurer John E. Anderson, Retired President/CEO, Patriot Transportation; and Secretary John J. Falconetti, President, Drummond Press.

The next meeting of the board will take place on Oct. 22.
