WASHINGTON (AP) - Part of the focus of this week's economic reports will involve a check on how consumers are doing.
Tomorrow (Tuesday), the Conference Board releases monthly figures on consumer confidence. And Friday, the Commerce Department has personal income and spending figures for August.
Also this week, the S&P/Case-Shiller home price index comes out, along with new home sales Tuesday.
