JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reports an investigation shows there is no evidence of criminal wrong doing at this time in what was investigated as a potential abduction.
The incident started at the Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute near Baptist Tuesday afternoon.
Witnesses saw a woman walk in, who was then grabbed by a man already sitting in the waiting area, according to police.
Police said an argument followed and the man took the woman out of the building, put her in a car, and left.
The two in the video called police and said they were the ones in the video, telling police they are dating. The couple said there was no confrontation and that witnesses might have misinterpreted the situation.
"There is no indication at this time of any criminal wrong doing and it was verified that all parties were unharmed," JSO Public Information Officer Shannon Hartley wrote in a news release.
