If it's Thursday it must be Kuala Lumpur for Will and Kate on day three of their royal tour of Southeast Asia, with high tea, tropical rain forests and wild orangutans on their agenda over the next few days.

It was a somber last morning in Singapore today for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who concluded this initial stop on their 10-day Diamond Jubilee tour with a visit to the Kranji Commonwealth War Cemetery, the burial grounds for thousands of British and Commonwealth troops who died defending Singapore against the Japanese during WWII.

According to the Daily Mail and other British media reports, the couple laid a wreath, observed a moment of silence, and met with veterans. She wore a pale green (also called duck-egg blue) pleated shirtdress with lace on the bodice by Jenny Packham and carried a parasol to ward off the fierce tropical sun.

Then they were to board a scheduled flight to the capital of Malaysia, where they were to be feted at a lunch and then later at a dinner with the king, or Agong, of Malaysia at his official residence.

Also, they were to visit a hospice, similar to one at home where she is the patron, and where she was due to deliver a short speech, her second in public since marrying Prince William last year.

On Friday, they are scheduled to attend a traditional English tea party (and sample a new tea developed for the Diamond Jubilee) in the British High Commissioner's back garden. On Saturday, they''ll be in Borneo where they will explore the rain forest and possibly see some wild orangutans if the shy and endangered apes with red-brown hair are feeling friendly towards visiting royals.
