ST. AUGUSTINE -- The Bridge of Lions will be undergoing lane closures Thursday night, according to Florida's Department of Transportation.
The closures will occur between 8:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. so repair work can be done on the black ornamental swing gates at the center of the bridge. Flaggers will direct traffic during the closures.
LATEST TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
The gates were damaged when a motorist collided into them on August 1. The $65,000 project is expected to take two months, barring any unforeseen problems.
