The picture of the boy was found on the cellphone of Raul Gonzalez,
22, who, along with his brother Ricardo Gonzalez, 18, was booked into
jail on weapon and drug charges, said Stockton police spokesman Officer
Joe Silva.
The pair were arrested during the execution of a search warrant on a
residence on the 1800 block of S. Drake Street. Silva said officers and a
SWAT team seized an assault rifle, a handgun with a high capacity
magazine, several other gun magazines, thousands of rounds of
ammunition, 74 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 10.8 grams of cocaine,
100 ecstasy pills, more than $2,100, scales and packaging material at
the home.
Raul Gonzalez' son is seen in the photo in a car seat holding a
handgun which appears to be the one recovered on Wednesday, according to
Silva.
The search was part of an ongoing narcotics and firearms investigation, Silva said.
