HOLLYWOOD -- Two aging action stars walk into a hospital ...
It sounds like the beginning of a lame joke, but it really did happen to Arnold Schwarzenegger, 64, and Sylvester Stallone, 65, who found themselves gurney-to-gurney on Wednesday.
Ah-nuld explained their unusual, and apparently unplanned, meet-up on his WhoSay blog:
"After all the action, stunts & physical abuse shooting The Expendables 2 and The Last Stand, it was time for a little tune up on my shoulder. Look who was coincidentally waiting in line behind me for his shoulder surgery. Now we're ready for another round of great times and action when we shoot The Tomb."
Later this year, Schwarzenegger and Stallone will shoot The Tomb together and will star in The Expendables 2 with fellow over-the-hill actor friends Chuck Norris, 71, Bruce Willis, 56, Dolph Lundgren, 54, Jean-Claude Van Damme, 51, and Jet Li, 48.
