CHARLESTON, S.C. -- A trial in scheduled for Wednesday at 10AM for a Berkeley County woman who got a ticket for displaying plastic testicles on the back of her pickup truck.
Virginia Tice of Bonneau was given a $445 ticket last July on a charge that she violated the state's obscene bumper sticker law.
Police Chief Franco Fuda asked for a jury trial, saying questions of obscenity should be determined by community standards.

Tice Lawyer said he doesn't think the case will make it before her peers. Bischoff said the chief had no right to write Tice the ticket while she was filling up the car at a gas station.
