JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -Afternoon showers and thunderstorms most of the week but tailing off for the weekend.  Sunshine should Jazz up your Saturday and Sunday.

Today and Tuesday it is a 50% chance for showers and some strong thunderstorms. an upper level disturbance will enhance the shower activity.  The big threats will be gusty winds, hail and isolated heavy rain. Keep an eye to the sky after 2p.m.

Wednesday and Thursday the rain chance is 40% dropping to 50% by Friday.  Mother nature should be right in tune with the Jazz Fest this weekend.
