SANFORD, Fla. -- A local Fraternal Order of Police representative at the center of a gambling operation under investigation had his bond reduced from $500,000 to $250,000.
According to a Seminole County jail officer, a judge reduced Nelson Cuba's bond Friday.
Nelson posted bond and was released from the Seminole County Jail Friday.
The probe into the operations connected to Allied Veterans led to the resignation of Florida Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll earlier this week.
