Russell emailed the On Your Side team wanting to know why there's a round about on State Road 13 near Rivertown.
He writes, "I thought that State Road 13 was a Federal Scenic Highway. How can the developer of Rivertown put in a round about? A walk over would of been more appropriate."
The OYS team has learned that the developer and the state reached agreement on the roundabout several years ago. This is a large development and this is being used to control traffic flow, it has been done before.
